Manna Gourmet nutrition bars are the brainchild of Robin Pacitti, a Registered Dietitian, wife, and mother of three young children. Always striving to keep her family healthy down to their snacks, she endeavored to create an energy bar that was delicious, super healthy and satisfying.

 Using her children as official taste testers, Robin combined her passion for baking with her nutritional expertise. After many trials, Manna Gourmet nutrition bars were perfected and wholeheartedly enjoyed by the Pacitti's family and friends. Soon word of mouth spread and Robin was getting calls from local business asking to sample the bars and inquiring about selling them to their customers. So popular were the snacks that Robin and her husband, Rick, expanded her hobby and formed P-3 Nutritionals, LLC.

The name "Manna Gourmet" was chosen and inspired by the Biblical food "manna" - miraculous food which appeared daily sustaining the Israelites in their desert wanderings. Like Manna Gourmet it kept giving both the energy and nourishment for their daily needs. Today, Manna Gourmet nutrition bars are being discovered by health conscious people - young and old. They are munched as a fast, high fiber breakfast on the go, savored as part of a healthy eating plan to lose weight, and devoured at school as the "never traded" snack.

Robin bakes these all natural healthy snacks in a commercial bakery. She selects only the finest ingredients - without additives, preservatives, or artificial colors. She grinds fresh organic flaxseed immediately before baking to unlock a powerhouse of nutrients that keep giving!
